The POF distributed by Eurokingson is produced by the process of double bubble extrusion.
During this process the polymers of the raw material are co-extruded in a top down chain. After the cooling of the material, through unit of pressure is pushed upwards where it is again rolled and heated, in a circular cross-section called bubble, until reaching an optimal state.
At this point the material leaves the die, to be cooled down again and stretched in bi-axial direction, in order to bring the material to the desired thickness and width.
After that the product flat sheets are wound and collected in rolls.
